Open Question: What are my chances at a top college or university?

Hi, im a junior in high school. I am an iranian american, have a 4.3 gpa weighted, but a 3.6 something unweighted. I have taken honors english and honors biology freshman year... honors english, honors chemistry, AP us history, AP governemt, sophmore year... AP english, zoology honors, french honors, AP econ, Ap world junior year... in high school i have played baseball, wrestling, soccer, on debate team, principals leadership council, key club, united voice club, french club, student council.... past summer was accepted into bftf program (us state department summer program, 1 of 12 americans)... will study arabic overseas or persian at tehran university this summer... also starting my own major community service project... i havent taken SAT's yet... areas of interest for major include political science or international relations and interests for a minor include international relations or arabic or farsi (persian)... based on this, what advice will you have for me to get to a University of Michigan, Georgetwo, Dartmouth, or Universtiy of Chicago?? my big two are U of M and U of C.... pleeeease let me know!!!! thanks!!...
